Recipe: Scrambled Eggs w/ Veggies

Ingredients:
3 - Egg Whites
1 - Whole Egg
1/2 C - Cottage Cheese
1 C - Frozen Veggies
1 tsp - Mrs. Dash (original)

Optional:
1 - Joseph's Tortilla (found at Walmart in the bakery section)
OR
1/2 C - quick OR old fashioned oats

Mix ingredients together and cook in a skillet. If you need some complex carb options mix in the oats to make a 'pancake' OR put the scrambled mixture in the Joseph's tortilla.

This recipe is quick and easy and is packed full of protein. Enjoy for breakfast or lunch!
