Peak week is underway! So far, so good. Thursday I had a scare and it traveled into Friday. Friday I took out a lot of frustration but I feel a lot better now. Things are turning around again and I'm back on track. This week is a different kind of training and diet. It began on Sunday (yesterday) with a much needed refeed day. Now I'm focused and my body is ready to take another 4 days of beating before I can finally rest.
Peak Week Gameplan:
Sunday - Legs: 4/3/20 REFEED - 220 carbs / 1.5 gallon water
Monday - Chest/Tri/Shoulders: 3/3/20; 170 carbs / 1.5 gallon water
Tuesday - Back/Bi: 3/3/20; 160 carbs / 1.25 gallon water
Wednesday - Shoulders/Chest/Back: 2/3/20; 140 carbs / 1 gallon water
Thursday - Chest/Back/shoulders: 2/3/20; 160 carbs / .75 gallon water
Friday - SIT!; 170 carbs / .75 gallon water
Saturday - SHOWTIME!
