Recipe: Oatmeal Protein Pancake

My all-time FAVORITE recipe!

Ingredients:
1c - Oatmeal (quick or old-fashioned)
1 scoop - Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate)
4 egg whites
3 packets - stevia
2 tbsp - wheat germ
2 tbsp - ground flaxseed
1 tbsp - cinnamon

Optional:
1/2c - canned pumpkin
OR
1/2c - blueberries

Mix all ingredients together. Spray a small skillet with non-stick spray (I use olive oil non-stick spray). Pour half the batter in the skillet and cook like a pancake. Repeat to make 2 pancakes. Enjoy!
