14.5 weeks - Back on Track


My BFF came down to visit last weekend. She's planning to do the same show as me in May. I'm so excited! It's awesome to have someone go through the same prep as you, and to have someone backstage with you the day of the show (applying tanner, gluing suit, helping with makeup and posing). AND to do this with your best friend is even more awesome and memorable. This will be her 1st show and already her prep has showed change. Her visit motivated me to get back into the game and pulled me out of my funk.

These past few weeks I haven't seen much of a difference so I'm going to resort back to my old contest diet for a few weeks to see if I can get the BF to drop. I'm still around 19% and would like to compete around 13-15%. I may lose too much weight so I'll be weighing daily to monitor the progress. Monday (yesterday) was the first day back on the diet and I went postal. It was also the end of the month, taxes were due and just Monday in general (busy at the gym and me recovering from a busy weekend).

DH and I celebrate our 3rd anniversary tomorrow (2/2). Wow! 3 years, 2 gyms and one beautiful son. We are truly blessed and have so much to be thankful for!
