15 weeks - SICK!


Ugh! Last week was horrible. I did 2 workouts and had to sit sideline the rest of the week because I pulled something in my back and contracted DS's cold. Nice! I threw a few pity parties for myself when I thought all was lost ... all the training/dieting down the drain. I tell you, figure isn't for the weak ... it messes with you (physically and emotionally). Glad I can see the light again!

Here I am Monday, Jan 24th (before sickness & back problems)
Not sure what weight/bf is ...
