Its been awhile. I'm still trying to juggle life, but I think things will start to calm down soon.
I met with Trainer on Saturday morning. We went over my diet breakdown and workout split for the July show. He wants me to really start to focus on it after Spring Break (March 20th will be 17 weeks out). Dieting for too long will create some negative effects that I'd just assume avoid.
"Work smart, not hard" I LOVE it! Trainer is just full of good liners. "Eat more, train less!" Keep 'em coming!
So right now I'm going to follow the diet but not to a 'T'. I'm going to have cheats every now and then (Saturdays and Sundays with family & friends) and then start to focus after Spring Break. Only 4 weeks!
New Diet will consist of 3 plans (45/35/20).
~Leg/Back: 2100 cal, 235/185/46 (Needless to say I really like this plan the most!)
~Shoulder/Arm/Chest: 1800 cal, 202/155/40
~Off Days: 1500 cal, 168/130/33
New Workout Split (only 1 hour gym time):
~Monday - Shoulders/Arms
~Tuesday - Legs
~Wednesday - Off
~Thursday - Back
~Friday - Chest/Plyos
~Saturday - Off
~Sunday - Off
I really need to focus on the diet portion because I'm not really doing any cardio this time around. Right now I'm holding at 120lbs and Trainer says I should take the stage between 120-125lbs. So a little gain is what we are looking for ... just muscle though.
I really like this split because I'm not training all the time. It gives me freedom to take care of DS, DH and the gyms.
