Wow! A lot has happened since my last blog. Long story, short: I'm back!
Since $ was a concern, I decided to do a 12-week contest prep without my trainer. I'm a little nervous doing all the work myself, but I'm confident everything will come together in the end. If I'm not muscular enough for figure, I'll just do the Fit Model category. I told DH that I didn't want to gain size this time around. I hate not being able to fit into my clothes!
I'm still working on my splits. The diet is pretty simple: 1800cal/workout days; 1500cal/non-workout days. 45/35/20 (to start with).
Current weight: 119lbs; 18% BF
