

I'm happy with my progress so far. I still have some work to do. This next week I'm changing the diet just a bit. 2100 calories just seemed too much last week. I spent most of the week FULL and spilled over (no abs!). I'm taking it down to 1900, 1700, 1500 and dare I say 1300 (only on Sunday). The breakdown is still 45/35/20. We'll see how this works. So far, so good.
