5 Weeks Left

I'm focused and on track this week. Wednesday and Thursday was a minor set-back with illness, but I managed a really good garage workout Wednesday and took rest on Thursday (eating my 1500 calorie mealplan). So, Monday, Wednesday and Friday was Group X; Tuesday & Saturday was splits (legs and upper body). I'm sitting at 117lb. Too skinny?

Last weekend I went to the Lonestar and saw the girls in the Dallas area. The winners were lean and toned: full abs, tight butt, lots of sass ... I need to start practicing my posing soon.

I have my eyes on the prize (to get noticed by Silver and win $$) ....

I've seen so many girls not improve from this time forward... they start to coast. Make yourself work harder, don't focus on how you feel now (crappy and tired)... focus on competition day and what it's going to feel like going onstage in great shape."
