Okay, so Saturday night I had a wake up call. I've been busting my butt lately and haven't been seeing the results I want. Sound familiar? Soooo ... I changed my diet and workout routine, yet again. I spent 3 hours putting together a diet plan. YES, 3 HOURS! And spent most of Sunday starving! I hate low cal days! I would much rather workout and eat then sit around and starve! Ha! My goal is to add size in my arms and tone my butt and abs.
I'm basically going back to what I blogged about at the first of the year: 3 meal plans, 4 workouts, 3 rest days.
Splits: Chest/arms; Legs; Back; Shoulders
Meals: 2100; 1800; 1500 (the cycle is the secret) 1/3 of my calories are consumed for breakfast
45/35/20 ratio
Wish me luck! Today was 1800 calories and chest/arms first thing in the AM.
