2 Weeks Out: Carb Cycling


Recap of diet this year:
At the beginning of the year I followed the clean eating meal plans from the magazines.
13 weeks ago I reduced my calories: weighing 119.6lbs
7 weeks ago I started calorie cycling: weighing 118lbs
2 weeks till showtime, time to cycle my carbs: weighing 116lbs

2 Week Prep Plan:
Monday: Chest/Tri w/ weighted plyos (30 min)
Tuesday: Legs w/ bike & PM walking (20 min)
Wednesday: AM walking/ PM walking (35 min ea)
Thursday: Back/Bi w/ PM walking (30 min)
Friday: Shoulders w/ weighted plyos (30 min)
Saturday: AM walking/ PM walking (35 min ea)
Sunday: PEAK begins! REFEED! Legs 4 exercises / PM walking (30 min)

2 Week Diet Changes:
Calories drop to 1600-1700 per day
Boring food: all sweeteners, salty spices & "empty calorie" spreads are now dropped
FISH, FISH, FISH: Yep, fish for lunch & dinner for the next 2 weeks
Carbs cycle from 140 - 170g per day (depending on the exercise & intensity level)
Sunday (start of peak week) is REFEED day! 220g of carbs

New Goals:
ABS, ABS, ABS!!! I want to see some definition. My legs, butt & arms look amazing but I have to really flex my abs to see anything. I just want them to pop on stage!
