Here I am, 5am in my garage getting ready to do a leg workout. You'd think I would be able to workout in one of the two gyms that we own, but sometimes I can't. I have too many distractions to get a good workout in. I'm really excited about my new setup. It's only been 1 week and I've already used it a number of times.
Okay, down to business. I have the leanness, but need to build some more muscle everywhere. Areas to improve: shoulders, abs, back, quads, and glute/hamstring tie-in. Hmm, I think I just named about every body part minus arms & chest.
Pregnancy really did a number on my abdominal area. I hope my diet can tighten it up!
